The Importance Of Your Thoughts

Good Morning People!!

“Everything’s Going to Be Alright” by Bob Marley could be heard playing through the speakers of the 1963 Lincoln Continental that 43-year-old Iris was driving. Even after the doctors told him that he had less than a month to live, Iris woke up each day with the idea in his mind that, despite what they said, he was going to outlive them all.

The longer he maintained his positive and optimistic mindset, the longer he lived. The doctors didn’t understand how he could be so sick, yet project such an open belief that he would prove them all wrong and live longer. And live longer he did.

Seventeen years later, Iris now works at the hospital that once diagnosed him with stage 3 cancer as a dietary aide—the very same hospital where two of his late doctors once worked.

Happy Hump Day Wednesday, my Weekday Warriors!! News Alert!! It’s a little brisk out there this morning, so grab that jacket and ease into the day with purpose. Your Kansas City weather starts off in the low 40’s and climbs into the low 60’s with a mix of clouds and sun. Today’s topic is on “The Importance Of Your Thoughts.”

Pretty much everything that you see around you at this very moment came from a thought first. That’s how powerful thoughts are. They’re so powerful that the very things you fill your mind with shape the person you become. They literally create our whole world. So it is important to control them at all costs.

So listen up, People. If you believe it to be, then so shall you see. Think about this for a minute. Now understand this: the things that you think about each and every day will always haunt you in that exact same way. So make sure your thoughts are positive more often than not, because a positive mind will produce a more positive life.

I’m International Speaker Dr. Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾
