The Importance of Your Spiritual Growth

Good Morning People!!

Jai was a tad bit overweight, with slightly oversized teeth and freckles. At one point, people made fun of her because of these differences. It never seemed to bother her, though. You see, Jai knew who she was—inside and out—and there was nothing anyone could say or do to make her feel bad about her appearance.

When asked by a friend how she never seemed to be affected by it, Jai simply responded by saying:

“I pray every night, meditate daily, I reflect on the present, and grow every single day. Because of this, no one can make me feel bad about who I am—because I already know who I am.”

Because Jai knew who she was spiritually, the world did not stand a chance.

Happy Hump Day, my Weekday Warriors!

Your weekend freedom is just a couple of days away, but in the meantime, there’s still room for growth this week!

Today’s KC metro area weather starts off in the mid 50’s and reaches a high of 86 degrees.

Your midweek topic is: “The Importance of Your Spiritual Growth.”

“You do not have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.” – C.S. Lewis.

Spiritual growth isn’t about being perfect—it’s about becoming more aligned with your true self. It’s the quiet unfolding of purpose, peace, and presence in a world full of noise. When your spirit grows, your perspective shifts, and life begins to flow instead of fight. So listen up, people—you can chase success, money, and approval, but if your soul is starving, none of it will ever satisfy you. Nurture your spirit. Pray, meditate, reflect, and grow.

So the next time someone questions your peace, let them know it’s the result of doing the inner work they don’t see.

I’m International Speaker Dr. Coffee Cup Chuck Thank you for joining me for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
