Good Morning People!!

Jerry had a problem. He had experienced so much loss and failure in the past year that he had formed a really bad habit of thinking negatively about everything. He hated the way he thought now but couldn’t seem to break through this doubtful behavior. One day, while scrolling through books to listen to on the ‘Audible.com’ app, he rain across a book entitled, ‘The Power Of Positive Thinking’, written by Norman Vincent Peale. After only listening to the first 10 minutes of chapter 1, he knew what he had to do. He was going to have to completely retrain his brain to think differently.

Happy Friday my Weekday Warriors!! The Sun came up this morning smiling at me so I smiled right back😁. Do me a favor yaw and take a moment to smile for me. Feels good right? Your KC metro area starts the day off in the mid 60’s and reaches into the high 80’s. There’s a 30% chance of rain throughout the day so take a raincoat incase. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Training’.

One of the hardest things for most of us to do is get the ball rolling. We want to improve ourselves physically, as well as, mentally, yet we are not willing to do what it takes to make this happen. One of the things required to make improvement in either of these areas is to train. So listen up People, when you train, you give yourself the opportunity to study, as well as, build an understanding of how strong and resilient you really are. Learn what it takes to condition yourself for achieving what ever it is that will make you a better person, because when you are training to be a better person, you are also training to help make the world a better place.

It’s ya boy, Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
