The Importance of Change

Good Morning People!!

A few months ago, I received a message on Facebook Messenger from one of my younger brothers. He was a little upset with me because I wasn’t so quick to lend him money. He spent nearly 1,000 words in those messages explaining how much I had changed and how I wasn’t the same as I used to be.

He was right. I wasn’t the same person anymore. I had completely changed my life for the better. But what I found exhilarating was the fact that, for the first time since my conversion, I was able to actually see, hear, and feel how much I had truly changed.

My little brother thought he was calling me out, when in all actuality, he was helping me confirm my growth. He was giving me all the proof I needed.

Happy Throwback Thursday, my Weekday Warriors!

Today in the Kansas City metro area, we’re looking at cloudy skies with a high near 61 degrees and a low around 33 degrees, starting the morning off chilly but warming up nicely this afternoon.

Your topic for today is “The Importance of Change.”

Change is inevitable. As your life pushes forward, no matter what you are doing with it, you are continuously changing. You may not see the change, but you are changing. Some of us are getting better, while others are only getting worse. The question is this: Are you letting the rust settle in, or are you applying the polish?

Listen up, people—unlike every other species on the planet, we have the power of choice. Why not make the decision to change for the better? You see, when you choose to become better, you tend to make the people around you that much better as well. So, if your life isn’t working out in your favor, do me a favor and change it.

I’m International Speaker Dr. Coffee Cup Chuck. Thank you for joining me again for another powerful message. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and as always, Stay Positive People☕️😎👍🏾!
