Good Morning People!!


“By failing to plan, we are ultimately planning to fail”. were the last words spoken by Sheri Berger before scanning the audience one last time, thanking everyone for listening, and exited the stage. She was the author of a book entitled ‘Here To There’ Consulting and her focus in life was on helping others manage the battle between the professional life and the Personal one. She new first hand the daily challenges of juggling the two, and she was also aware that no matter how well you prepared for these challenges, there would still be difficult elements that would arise at times. The speech she had just given explained not only the importance of time-blocking, but also the importance of leveling the scale. So my question to you is, how are you managing your time?


Happy Funday Monday my Weekday Warriors! We are officially back in action! And speaking of action, this rain just keeps on pounding us! Expect you Kansas City metro area weather to start off rainy with a low of 69 and reach up into the mid 80’s by early noon. Your topic for today is on ‘The Importance Of Balance’.


Oh how easy it is for us to mismanage our time. If we aren’t waisting it away

on meaningless activities, we are being unfair with how we distribute it amongst our family, social life, and careers. And mismanaging either of the three can easily bring you a lot of stress and chaos. So listen up People, your personal life is just as important as your professional one. Learn to balance them out by practicing the art of time blocking and learn how to plan out your day so that you avoid missing out on those other important things. So the next time you want to put in an extra hour or two at the gig, just remember the person waiting at home for you and remember this; Happy Spouse, happy house.
